A Cleanse a season will keep the Doctor away…. or maybe just do the body good anyway

IMG_0913I know, people hear cleanse and they want to run, or they think they might GET the runs but doing hard things brings about positive change right?  Its good to challenge yourself and step up to the plate, especially when its for the good of your body!  I have long held the belief that if your body isnt working right, or giving you the results you want, it might just need a recharge to give it the boost it needs!  Our body gets so bogged down by all the crap we put into it (for lack of a better word) and sometimes it just needs to be cleaned out!  In my opinion that sometimes, is about every season.

This time around I did a cleanse with one of my clients, just because it was time for me to do one, but also to support her in her first cleanse.  Because it was her first cleanse, plus I was having a hard time working up the courage to do one this time, we opted for the one day cleanse from MEND juicery in Utah!  You get 6 AMAZING juices jam packed with every nutrient known to man so youre really not lacking for anything when you just drink juice and water all day haha!  I cant say I absolutely loved every drink but since I knew they were all giving me TONS of nutrients somehow I loved every single one, just because i’m kind of weird that way haha!  The 6 drinks consisted of 3 green ones, a citrus one, a beet one, and of course a nut one.  All of the drinks worked together to detoxify, fight fatique, improve muscle and nerve function, nervous system, blood function and flow, endurance, hair teeth and skin, and fight bacteria!  I mean who doesnt want all that for their body huh?  I believe and teach that our body is a gift and its our job to take care of it by putting good things in it and exercising!  Its a balance of MIND, BODY, and SOUL!  How can any of those thrive if were putting trash into our body, or mind?!

I loved this cleanse and I highly recommend this one!  I have tried different ones and this one is definitely one of my faves!  Remember to do it with a friend, it makes it much easier!  GOOD luck and happy cleansing!!!!!

    sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to
    her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
