In honor of Valentines Day here’s a little LOVE workout you can fit into your busy weekend! Even if you are away for the weekend, you can totally do this in your hotel gym and fit it in! Valentines is my favorite so in honor here you go:
L: 12 Lateral raises, targeting your shoulders
O: 12 overhead tricep extensions
V: 1 min. vertical mountain climbers (CARDIO)
E: 15 external rotations, targeting shoulders again, see pic for example.
Do 4 times through! Totally doable!
