Continuing the journey and rocking it after losing 60 pounds!

It was such a pleasure to work with Chelsey! As a client, she’s just one of those people who is highly motivated and does everything at 100%.  As a yo-yo dieter almost her whole life, Chelsey’s body was ready for some consistency. When she came to me, working out was just something that she never loved, and coupled with her poor dieting habits, Chelsey never had lasting results!

Driven, motivated, and 100% ready by making the necessary emotional changes, Chelsey was ready to start her journey: I supplied the support and workouts! After coming to me for 4 amazing months full of powerful, motivating sessions of talking about the power of positive thinking, combined with never missing a workout, and eating right, the result was losing about 25 pounds while training with me!

She’s an inspiring client to work with. I love her drive and commitment to the process which gave her results.  Going along her fitness journey, she found a passion for boxing and continues her fitness journey through her love of that!  It was a pleasure to start this girl on her fitness journey, and I was glad I could be a part of it!

  24. Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
    I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
    placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
    hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
