Seven weeks down and 34 pounds lighter! My goal is to be under 300 in 8 weeks, so I need to have an amazing week. Don’t get me wrong, I’m loving the progress I’ve made. I just want to step it up a notch to try to hit my goal this week. Kelli introduced me Abel James’ Wild 7 Workout, and this seriously almost killed me :). But, his workout gets you to exhaustion in 7 minutes, so it’s definitely going to help me this week. Going into it, I really didn’t think it would be that hard to do 20 seconds of burpies/10 seconds of rest for 5 minutes. Well, I did his workout on Thursday, it’s now Sunday, and I’m still sore! I’ll be doing this workout in addition to my normal 15 minutes of running and half hour of weight lifting. Hopefully, at my 8-week check in, I”ll be reporting a sub 300 number! Combining the keto diet with Pruvit’s Keto Drink mixes, and a regular/intense workout routine is really paying off for me.
