SOOOOO close to my 299 pound milestone! I stepped it up last week with my cardio doing 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). It really paid off because I had one of the best weight loss weeks since doing this challenge. It’s important when setting goals that you break your main goal into smaller achievable milestones, and my milestone for this 8 weeks was to get down to 299. Although I didn’t quite make it to 299, I’m knocking on the door. 40 pounds in 8 eight weeks isn’t exactly a fail either :), but I’m still going to be working hard with my diet, my exercise routine, and supplimenting with the Keto OS drink mixes. Almost there!!!
